Target Beetroot

Stunning colour and flavour. These sweet, earthy, locally grown beetroots are great for salads, almost a shame to cook.

Flat Beans

A staple in Italian cooking. These tender beans are great cooked down with tomatoes and garlic and served with fish.

Bethonga Pineapple

Sweet, juicy and fragrant. One of summers best fruits, out of North Queensland and, no prickly top!

White Zucchini

Other than a slightly thinner skin, they are very similar to regular zucchini. Their shape lends itself well to stuffing.

Globe Artichokes

Still plenty available, but only for another fortnight. They are great quality, locally grown and great value.
